DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Manager - Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub to establish and lead a centralized capability supporting engineering documentation, industrialization readiness, operational governance,



and knowledge management across Thermo Fisher Scientific's global Contract Manufacturing and OEM network. This role will serve as the product owner for the CM Documentation Hub, CM Portal, and Idea Portal while partnering with Regional Directors, R&D;, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and external manufacturing partners. The position will build scalable systems, global standards, and manufacturing knowledge infrastructure that improve supplier performance, accelerate technology transfers, strengthen cost transparency, and enable operational excellence. The role is centered on Contract Manufacturing and OEM management excellence, operations strategy support including Make/Buy and Core/Non-Core assessments, and co-manufacturing site operations and supply intervention support.
