Support the growth and operationalisation of the Insights Design Centre of Excellence (COE) by driving design governance, portfolio management, delivery coordination, and quality assurance across analytics and digital products. The role is responsible for establishing scalable operating practices, ensuring adherence to design standards, managing stakeholder engagement, and enabling consistent, high-quality user experiences across all analytics deliverables. Working closely with design, analytics, business, and technology teams, the role will help industrialise the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and strengthen the design maturity and delivery effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities Strategy Support the development and execution of the Insights Design COE strategy, operating model, and roadmap. Drive adoption of enterprise design standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across analytics and digital products. Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency, scalability, and consistency through standardisation, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience, storytelling effectiveness, and delivery outcomes. Support the evolution of design governance frameworks to align with organisational priorities and future-state delivery models. Business Partner with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and product owners to understand priorities, demand pipelines, and delivery requirements.
