This role will focus on leveraging our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related technologies to build scalable audience frameworks that enable personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines solid analytical and technical skills with an understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and data-driven targeting. Working within a centralized shared services team, this individual will collaborate closely with marketing, marketing automation, digital merchandising, and demand generation teams to ensure audiences are accurately defined,



automated, and activated across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role responsible for translating business requirements into actionable audience segments that improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
