This position reports to: Global Sales Support Leader Your role and responsibilities Within Control Product Group scope, support the local sales and product marketing teams in the assigned set of countries with technical and commercial tasks. Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Reporting to the Control Product Group GSS Team Leader, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective solutions. Offering technical advice and support on enquiries about ABB Motor Starting & Safety / Control products and their applications to ABB Local Sales Organizations based on product portfolio and country allocation. Being the daily relay between Local Markets and ABB experts (Product Managers, Engineers, Pricing team, ) to provide our stakeholders with outstanding customer experience. Educating and empowering the ever-growing ABB Local Teams to find answers on their own and assist when medium level technical support is needed toward any third-party stakeholder. Maintaining prices up to date using the available tools according to price policy. Working toward reducing blanks in our pricelist and coordinate with our Market Developpement Manager, Pricing and Local Teams. Supporting verification of technical and financial coherence of offers or Bills of Materials. Supporting the development of recent sales opportunities and resolution to specific customer problems.
