The Foundation works closely with industry experts, government departments, financial institutions, and business leaders to promote entrepreneurship, facilitate business networking, support MSME growth, encourage innovation, and create opportunities through seminars, business summits, exhibitions, startup incubation, import-export initiatives, and capacity-building programmes.

Role Description
Vishwa Udyam Sahayata Foundation is looking for an experienced, execution-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the organization's day-to-day operations and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.




The COO will work closely with the Managing Director to convert organizational vision into measurable results by building systems, leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving organizational growth.
The role involves overseeing multiple functions, including operations, administration, HR, sales, marketing, business development, entrepreneurship programmes, MSME initiatives, government business projects, import-export activities, startup incubation, and business events.
This is a leadership position requiring solid execution capabilities, strategic thinking, and complete ownership of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Foundation's overall day-to-day operations.
Execute strategic plans developed by the Managing Director.
Build operational systems, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting structures.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage employees across departments.
Monitor departmental performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
