You'll work on sophisticated applications that control our analytical instruments, including mass spectrometers, electron microscopes, and other advanced scientific equipment. As part of a cooperative, multi-disciplinary team, you'll work with developers, scientists, and stakeholders to validate software that enables groundbreaking research and innovation. Your work will directly impact scientific discoveries in fields like cancer research, drug development, etc.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Python and tools such as Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium,



or equivalent. Develop and execute automated tests for desktop, web, API, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, Scientists, and QA teams to define and implement effective test strategies. Develop API automation and perform backend validation using SQL. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Leverage GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, AI Test Agents, etc.) to accelerate test development, maintenance, and defect analysis. Create and maintain Markdown (.md) specifications, test plans, and AI-assisted automation workflows. Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve automation reliability and test coverage.
