DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Process Engineer - Mechanical to lead the development, optimization,



and scaling of manufacturing processes for precision mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies across Thermo Fisher Scientific's external manufacturing network. This role is focused on supplier industrialization, mechanical manufacturing process excellence, equipment standardization, Bill of Equipment (BOE) development, yield improvement, and cost optimization for complex instrumentation and manufacturing platforms. The position will operate with a high degree of ownership across product transfers, supplier readiness, and sustained operational performance.
