This Position reports to: Team Lead - Accounts Payable We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist with solid process knowledge and a customer-focused mindset to support our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. This role involves managing invoice processing, vendor queries, and payment-related activities for Spanish-speaking countries within ABB, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with ABB policies. The work model for the role is: LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Accounts Payable division in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Processing accounts payable transactions,



ensuring accurate tracking and processing. Performing necessary activities within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Executing analysis and reports assigned and taking appropriate action as necessary. Compiling with and helping to achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in ac-counts payable for applicable templates. Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation. Ensuring all rele-vant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Check invoices to verify that they comply with the fiscal and internal control requirements. Focusing on organizing and coordinating on a task, project or program basis in support of a pro-cess or internal team. Qualifications & Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Ability to interpret and communicate financial information in both languages.
