Role Description: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. The HRBP will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, support organizational goals, and implement people-focused strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, guiding performance management processes, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.



The role involves advising on labor and employment law compliance, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating learning and development initiatives. The HRBP will also analyze HR data, contribute to engagement and retention programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
