Position Summary
RMX Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Executive – Accounts & Finance to support the finance operations of BluBird Industries Inc. (BBI), our US entity. The role is India-based and requires close remote coordination with the BBI finance ecosystem, covering factoring support, brand-level accounting for Zephyr, E-Commerce accounting for BluBird's online marketplaces, MIS reporting, and end-to-end invoicing on QuickBooks. This role suits an experienced, detail-oriented finance professional with a solid grounding in export and US-entity accounting within a growing international manufacturing group.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end factoring operations for BBI – including submission of invoices/documentation to the factoring partner, tracking advances received, reconciling factoring statements,



and following up on discrepancies.
Manage day-to-day accounting for the Zephyr brand,(Indian accounting) including recording of transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accuracy of brand-level financial records.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for BBI – covering sales, receivables, payables, and other management-requested financial summaries – ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Generate invoices for orders received and processed for BBI, ensuring accuracy against orders/shipping documents, and upload invoices to QuickBooks in a timely manner.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all factoring, invoicing, and MIS-related activities.
Coordinate with the RMX Finance team and BBI stakeholders to resolve queries related to invoicing, collections, and reporting.
Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities for BBI as required by the VP – Finance.
