DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead and manage the Residential or Commercial Sales vertical to achieve business objectives.
● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
● Mentor and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.



● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum 6+ years of experience in Residential or Commercial Real Estate Sales.
● Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
● Strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
● Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
● A solid understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market will be an added advantage.
● A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Own vehicle is mandatory.
