About The Role

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the holistic management of the R&I; hubs physical infrastructure,



specialized laboratory facilities, and critical equipment. This role ensures a safe, compliant, efficient, and state-of-the-art working workplace that supports cutting-edge scientific research and innovation across the SAPMENA region.

Also, role will collaborate closely with the Real Estate Department. This role will be based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Building Infrastructure & Facility Operations

Oversee day-to-day facility operations, building maintenance, space planning, and infrastructural upgrades for laboratories, offices, and pilot plants.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC systems, electrical grids, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
Ensure optimal workspace conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanrooms) critical for R&I; activities.
Rely and develop the usage of Archibus as the company CMMS.
