Role Description The Event Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, setup, and execution of college events, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and meet client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing event staff, monitoring timelines, and supervising on-site operations from pre-event preparation through post-event wrap-up.



The Event Supervisor will handle client communication on-site, address customer service issues, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to event plans. The role also involves tracking event resources, assisting with logistics, and providing input to improve processes and future event performance.
Qualifications
Solid supervisory skills, including team coordination and on-site staff management.
Event planning and event management skills to oversee end-to-end execution.
Customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and vendors.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience in event operations, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
