About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager – Recruitment (IT Hiring) to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding.
Mentor junior recruiters and support recruitment process improvements.

5–10 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in IT hiring is mandatory.
