Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in the Mohali district. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. The role involves preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance. The Accountant will review travel-related invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, and ensure timely payments and collections.



The position also includes supporting management with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Solid accounting fundamentals, including experience with bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, with the ability to perform reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions, documentation, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external vendors, and auditors.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
