Responsibilities
The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting accurate project and business data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, construction progress, inventory, collections, customer relationship management (CRM), procurement, finance, and project operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience in real estate reporting.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management.
Consolidate project-wise reports from all departments including Sales, Projects, Accounts, Procurement, CRM.
Maintain project-wise dashboards for sales, collections, inventory, construction progress, and customer status.
Generate reports on bookings, cancellations, registrations, receivables, and payment collections.
Track construction progress against project timelines and update management reports.
Prepare inventory availability reports for villas, apartments, plots, and commercial units.




Monitor customer payment schedules and coordinate with Accounts and CRM teams.
Maintain cost tracking reports, procurement status, vendor payments, and project expenditure reports.
Prepare manpower utilization and attendance reports for projects.
Analyze business data and provide insights for improving operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy by coordinating with various departments.
Develop and automate MIS reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dashboards.
Prepare presentations and management reports for CMD, Directors, and senior management.
Maintain databases and ensure timely submission of reports.
Support management during audits, reviews, and business meetings.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by management.
