HapiVet is building an AI-native practice management platform for contemporary veterinary clinics. We are a small, fast team going deeper than the PIMS already in the market.

This role is not writing vague tickets. You will tear apart competitor products feature by feature, sit with the team until the fuzzy cases are sharp, and make sure we do not ship a workflow that falls over on day two in a real clinic.

What you’ll do
- Map exact competitor feature sets to real clinic workflows, not marketing pages
- Hunt edge cases and the leftovers that show up when a clinic migrates off their current system
- Sit with product and engineering and resolve feature doubts before they become bugs
- Turn vet and clinic feedback into requirements a developer can build against without guessing




- Keep a living gap analysis of HapiVet vs the PIMS we are replacing

What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years as a business analyst, product analyst, or similar in enterprise software
- Must Have One: Time in PIMS, veterinary software, or US healthcare (EHR / practice management) is a real plus. We will take a sharp enterprise BA who has lived inside messy workflow software
- You are the person who asks “what happens when…” and does not stop until there is an answer
- You write clearly
- Comfortable with a small, fast team across US and India time zones
