Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging designs for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and other marketing materials
• Develop visuals that align with upCarrera’s brand identity

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills will be an advantage
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work
