Role Description The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Puri, focused on building and developing a high-performing agency channel.



On a day-to-day basis, the role involves recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring agency partners and financial consultants, and supporting them in achieving sales and service targets. The manager is responsible for driving business growth through effective sales planning, regular performance reviews, and consistent field visits and joint calls with agents. The role includes delivering product and process training, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The Agency Development Manager also analyzes local market opportunities, implements promotional activities, and coordinates with internal teams to enhance customer experience and overall branch performance.
