Role Description: The Virtual Relationship Manager – Wealth Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. The role involves managing and deepening client relationships through virtual channels such as phone, video calls, email, and messaging platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client financial goals, recommending suitable MF, SIF, and insurance products,



and providing periodic portfolio reviews and performance updates. The Virtual Relationship Manager will handle client onboarding, documentation, and service requests, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following regulatory and compliance guidelines, and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling appropriate financial products.
Qualifications

Solid relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively via virtual channels.
Knowledge of mutual funds, structured investment products, and life & health insurance; ability to explain financial concepts in clear, simple terms.
