Dooza builds AI employees that plug into real company workflows. Now we need someone to fill our pipeline and I want that done the way we build product: with code, not headcount. I'm [founder name], and I'm hiring one person to work directly with me and own our entire outbound engine: figuring out who our customers are, finding them, and getting them to reply.
What you'll actually do
Find the ICP. Form hypotheses about who actually buys AI employees, test them with real campaigns, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does. You own the answer to "who is this for?"
Build the lead machine. Write the scrapers and pipelines that pull leads from wherever they live — LinkedIn, directories, job boards, funding announcements, niche communities — and enrich them with the signals that actually predict a reply.
Personalize at scale. Use LLMs — including Dooza itself — to write outreach that reads like a sharp human spent ten minutes on each message. You set the quality bar, and it's high.
Run the sending infrastructure.



Domains, warmup, deliverability, sequencing, reply triage. The unglamorous plumbing that decides whether everything above matters.
Measure like an engineer. Reply and meeting rates by segment and message, weekly experiments, losers killed quick.
Close the loop. What you learn from thousands of touches flows straight into the product and positioning decisions we make together.
The meta twist: you'll use Dooza to sell Dooza. The outbound engine you build should become our best internal AI employee — and our best case study.
Who you are
You code. Python, APIs, scraping, glue scripts that move data around without babysitting.
You write well — short, specific, non-cringe English. You know why most AI-personalized cold email is instantly recognizable garbage, and how to do better.
Experimental temperament. You'd rather run five small tests than debate one big plan. Most of your experiments will fail, and
