Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Jaipur. The Real Estate Sales professional will identify and engage prospective buyers, present property options, organize site visits, and explain features, pricing, and payment plans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property listings, responding to inquiries, providing consistent customer service, and supporting clients throughout the sales process and documentation.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring local market trends, and meeting defined sales targets and reporting requirements.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills related to Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of local market dynamics and property types.
Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service, including negotiation, relationship-building, and handling client queries professionally.
Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License or be eligible to obtain one as per local regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages as applicable.
