Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and experience in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday HCM business processes and functional areas.
Work on Core HCM, including organizations, staffing, job profiles, supervisory organizations, and worker data.
Configure business processes, condition rules, validations, approvals, and security.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Support integrations, testing, data validation, UAT, and production deployment.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.




Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and project teams.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM / Core HCM.
Experience with Workday Business Processes and Security.
Valuable understanding of Workday HCM configuration and HR processes.
Experience in implementation, enhancement, or AMS/support projects.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Workday certification is preferred.
Good to Have
Experience in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, or Talent Management.
Exposure to Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and integrations.
Experience working in multiple Workday implementation projects.
