Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dehradun. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and partners,



and promote ADinterio’s architecture and interior design services in the regional market. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and coordination with the design and project teams to align client requirements with service offerings. The role also involves market research, participation in networking events, monitoring competitor activities, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets. The individual will prepare regular sales reports, maintain an updated CRM or client database, and ensure a professional, client-centered experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably within architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in explaining design concepts and project value to diverse stak
