Specifically, this role will involve:
● Manage student and staff visa applications for multiple countries (e.g., UAE, USA, Singapore, EU, etc.)
● Ensure compliance with immigration laws, embassy requirements, and documentation standards
● Track visa timelines, approvals, and renewals




● Act as the primary point of contact for visa-related queries
● Conduct pre-departure briefings on visa requirements and travel regulations
● Assist students with documentation such as financial proofs, SOPs, and travel insurance
● Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa agencies, and legal consultants
● Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions, Operations, Student Experience)
● Coordinate with global partners and host institutions
● Develop and standardize visa SOPs and documentation checklists
● Maintain a centralized visa tracking system/database
● Identify risks and proactively mitigate visa rejection issues
● Stay updated on changing immigration policies across countries
● Ensure adherence to international travel regulations and institutional policies
● Handle escalations, reapplications, and exceptional cases

Ideal candidate will have:
● Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, International Relations
