We are looking for an experienced Platform Owner/Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the governance, architecture, and operational management of the enterprise Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in tenant-level platform ownership, environment management, security, DevOps/ALM practices, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure a secure, scalable, and sustainable Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across all environments (Development, Testing, and Production)
Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices
Manage platform architecture, security, system performance, and data integrity
Own the platform roadmap, backlog, and continuous improvement initiatives
Administer users, roles, permissions, and segregation of duties
Govern integrations, shared resources, and platform configurations




Coordinate with business stakeholders, external partners, and service delivery teams
Monitor platform health, licenses, capacity, and operational risks
Implement and promote DevOps and ALM best practices
Track Microsoft releases and drive platform enhancements

Must-Have Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
Proven experience in Dynamics 365 platform architecture and environment ownership
Strong knowledge of platform governance, security management, and data integrity
Hands-on experience with DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Experience managing Dynamics 365 environments, releases, and change management processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
