Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor RCC activities including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and related works.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and other site teams for smooth execution of works.
Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, and embedded items before concreting.
Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and other site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain daily records, work progress reports, inspection requests, and site documentation.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress to achieve project targets.
Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with approved safety procedures and maintain protected working conditions at site.
Track project progress and support timely completion of RCC works as per the approved schedule.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.
