Role Description The Academic Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. The person in this position will guide students and guardians on course selections, exam preparation plans, and effective use of the Xylem Learning App’s resources. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions,



explaining academic pathways for NEET UG and related fields, and helping learners set realistic study goals. The Academic Counsellor will respond to student queries, track progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with teaching and support teams to improve learner outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions, participating in outreach or orientation programs, and contributing to initiatives that enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
