Role Description: The Sales Marketing Manager role at Mariserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to grow platform adoption across the maritime ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product demos,



and negotiating and closing business opportunities. The Sales Marketing Manager will design and implement marketing campaigns, oversee digital and offline promotional activities, and collaborate with product and operations teams to align go-to-market initiatives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing performance reports, optimizing campaigns based on data insights, and representing Mariserv at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Experience in marketing strategy.
Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as social media management, content marketing, and email marketing.
