The Guest Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service at all times. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging guests, handling inquiries and feedback, resolving service issues, and coordinating with operations, kitchen, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience. The Guest Relations Manager will also monitor customer satisfaction metrics, implement improvements, and support team members in delivering consistent, guest-focused service. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, maintaining brand standards, and representing Aufside Hospitality’s values in every guest interaction.
Qualifications
Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle diverse guest needs and deliver a high-quality experience.
Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear,



qualified verbal and written communication.
Experience driving Customer Satisfaction through feedback management, service recovery, and continuous improvement.
Ability to provide Training and guidance to front-of-house staff to uphold service standards and brand values.
Prior experience in hospitality, F&B;, or lifestyle venues, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfort using basic digital tools and reservation or CRM systems; familiarity with guest feedback platforms is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
5-7 years experience in Hospitality.
