I'm looking for a Growth Marketer / Growth Manager to join the brand-building journey at Hues For Him.

We're on a mission to build a cosmetics and skincare brand engineered for men, and I'm looking for someone who wants to own business and revenue growth.

What you'll work on:

Creating, managing, tracking and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta, Google and e-commerce platforms.
Driving performance-led marketing through creatives, landing pages and website optimization.
Growing revenue across India and international markets.
Owning CRM channels like WhatsApp and Email to improve customer retention and lifecycle marketing.
Collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams to drive both brand and business growth.
Building,



testing and scaling performance-led content—experimenting constantly and doubling down on what works.

I'm looking for someone who's comfortable with versatile working hours, available when the business needs them, and thrives in a high-ownership environment where execution and growth matter more than job titles.

? Preferred Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
? Compensation: Up to ₹3.6 LPA (depending on experience and fit)
