Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Admin role based in Kochi. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their eyewear needs, presenting product options, and guiding them through selection and purchase. Daily responsibilities include handling billing and documentation, maintaining accurate sales and customer records, and coordinating with the optical team to ensure smooth store operations. The individual will manage basic administrative tasks such as inventory updates, appointment scheduling,



and follow-up communication with customers. The role also includes supporting sales campaigns, assisting in visual merchandising, and participating in product and service training to stay updated with current offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage targets, and support store performance.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of new team members and share product knowledge as needed.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including basic computer literacy and familiarity with billing or POS systems.
