Comfortable working with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
Understands the audience before designing for them
Can turn a brief into a strong visual concept, not just execute instructions
Open to feedback and knows how to turn feedback into better work
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and branding




Can manage multiple projects and work confidently within deadlines
