What you'll do
Be the trusted point of contact for our HNI/UHNI clients, anticipating needs before they're voiced
Deliver a consistently flawless, discreet, and personal service experience across every touchpoint
Manage sensitive requests and high-pressure situations with calm and grace
Coordinate across teams to make sure every client interaction is seamless
Build genuine, long-term relationships grounded in trust and attention to detail





Who we're looking for
Background as cabin crew / air hostess / flight attendant / cabin senior / purser, ideally with premium-cabin (First / Business) experience on a leading international carrier (Emirates, Etihad, Qatar, Singapore, Cathay, Vistara, Air India, etc.)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and natural warmth — you put people at ease instantly
Proven composure under pressure and absolute discretion with confidential matters
Impeccable grooming, communication, and professional presence
Fluent English (additional languages a solid plus)
Comfortable with irregular hours and last-minute changes where the role requires it
