Role Description The Shop Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Curiosity Lab shop and ensuring a refined, welcoming customer experience. This role includes managing store opening and closing procedures, supervising inventory, organizing product displays, and maintaining visual merchandising aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. The Shop Manager will lead and support the shop team, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operations, from stock management to cash handling and reporting. The role also involves engaging with clients, sharing the stories behind each collection, addressing customer inquiries and feedback, and cultivating long-term relationships that reflect Curiosity Lab’s values. In collaboration with the founder and wider team, the Shop Manager will contribute to local initiatives, events, and in-store experiences that strengthen the brand’s presence in Jaipur.
