Role Description This is a full-time, in office Billing and QS role based in Salem. The position involves preparing and reviewing client bills, managing invoicing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation of quantities and costs for ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with project teams to verify measurements, compiling and updating quantity sheets, reconciling billing data with site records, and supporting tender and cost estimation activities as needed. The Billing and QS professional will maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing queries, follow up on payments, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role also includes maintaining organized records, assisting in periodic cost reports, and contributing to process improvements in billing and quantity surveying.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess skills in Billing Process and Client Billing, with the ability to manage end-to-end project billing cycles.
Candidates should possess skills in Invoicing, including preparing, reviewing, and tracking invoices with attention to detail.
Candidates should possess skills in Accounting, with a basic understanding of cost tracking, reconciliation, and financial documentation.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders effectively.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in quantity surveying, construction billing, or cost consultancy will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing/measurement software tools is beneficial.
