Sturlite Electric Private Limited is a quick-growing FMEG company headquartered in Bengaluru, with a pan-India presence and a portfolio spanning Lighting, Wires & Cables (Voltedge), Switches, Solar (Zevolt), and Wellness.

As we continue to expand our Wires & Cables business, we are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives who can strengthen our dealer and distributor network and drive business growth in their assigned territory.
THE ROLE

As a Sales Executive

Wires & Cables, you will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory through regular market visits, dealer and distributor management, new customer development,



and strong execution of primary and secondary sales.

The role is highly field-oriented and is suitable for candidates who have a strong understanding of the electrical trade and enjoy building long-term relationships with channel partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors as per business requirements.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
Increase product availability and visibility at retail counters.
Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and inventory at distributor and dealer points.
Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions, and trade offers.
