Role Description The Assistant role at Prompt Parcel, LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore. The Assistant supports day-to-day operations, including organizing delivery schedules, coordinating with delivery associates, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. This role helps ensure that packages are staged, tracked, and dispatched efficiently, while adhering to safety and quality standards. The Assistant may assist with basic reporting, communication with station or management staff,



and troubleshooting minor operational issues. This position requires consistent on-site presence, reliability, and the ability to work in a energetic, time-sensitive environment.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management abilities to support delivery schedules and daily operations.
Basic computer literacy and comfort using mobile applications or handheld devices for data entry and tracking.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with delivery associates, supervisors, and station personnel.
Ability to follow established procedures, comply with safety guidelines, and maintain accurate records.
Reliability and punctuality, with the capacity to work full-time shifts in a fast-paced logistics setting.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or administrative support is a plus.
