Role Description The F&B; Service Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Serilingampalli. The intern will assist with serving food and beverages, taking guest orders, preparing basic café items, and ensuring tables and service areas are clean and well-organized. Daily tasks include greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, supporting the front of house, barista and kitchen team, and helping with opening and closing duties.



The intern will also handle basic billing, coordinate with team members to manage peak hours smoothly, and contribute to a warm, attentive guest experience aligned with the café’s community-focused ethos.

Qualifications
Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage handling skills, with attention to hygiene and presentation.
Customer Service skills with a friendly, patient, and guest-focused approach.
Clear Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
Basic Culinary Skills, such as simple food preparation and plating, are an advantage.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Interest in specialty coffee, books, or art is a plus.
Prior café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and maintain a respectful, inclusive work environment.
