The Role The Role: As the Power Platform Factory Shift Lead, you will be the on‑shift senior SME accountable for delivering tenant‑to‑tenant Power Platform migrations at enterprise scale, while maintaining strict operational and solution governance. Power Platform tenant‑to‑tenant migration is not "lift and shift"; it requires controlled preparation (solutions, flows, mappings),



disciplined execution and careful post‑migration reconfiguration and validation. You will lead engineers through repeatable runbooks to migrate environments and associated assets (Power Apps, Power Automate, connection references and related components), ensuring quality gates, evidence capture and predictable throughput across the 24x7 factory model. Key Responsibilities: - Lead on‑shift technical delivery for Power Platform tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, ensuring runbook adherence and stable throughput. - Enforce governance and readiness controls: solution packaging standards, dependency checks, environment strategy, identity/connection mapping pre‑reqs. - Coordinate execution steps for tenant‑to‑tenant moves (where applicable) and ensure pre/post actions are completed (export/import, re‑auth connections, enabling flows, updating endpoints). - Own defect triage (broken connections, missing re
