? Experience: 2–5 years
? Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP)

Role and Key Responsibilities
• Handle MCA/ROC compliances and statutory filings for clients
• Advise and consult clients on Corporate Secretarial, RBI, FEMA and Companies Act matters
• Maintain and review statutory registers, records and corporate documentation
• Prepare and review notices, resolutions, minutes of Board and General Meetings and other corporate documents
• Coordinate with clients and various internal departments for timely completion of assignments
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Lead and mentor a team of semi-qualified CS professionals, advocates and other team members
• Review and supervise assignments handled by the team
• Visit client offices and project sites for due diligence and other professional assignments
• Represent clients before relevant authorities and regulatory bodies
• Handle MCA/ROC notices, queries and related correspondenc
