Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Manager – IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring activities for both lateral and campus recruitment initiatives. The role involves stakeholder management, recruitment planning, team coordination, vendor management, employer branding,



and driving quality hiring across Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Software Engineering, and other technology domains.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT hiring, campus engagement programs, recruitment operations, and team handling in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lateral Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across multiple levels.
Handle hiring for technologies such as Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Full Stack, and Software Development.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, social hiring, and networking.
Conduct recruiter screening, salary discussions, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
Ensure closure within defined TAT and maintain hiring quality metrics.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and cr
