TheFinch Design is looking for a full-time, in-house creative who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping motion and video content.
What we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years of experience in motion design and video editing
• Robust 2D motion design skills - this is essential
• Excellent video editing and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Blender and other video editing tools
• Experience using generative AI tools for visual and video creation
• Strong prompting skills and the ability to translate ideas into AI-generated outputs
• A good understanding of timing, transitions, composition, typography and sound
• 3D motion design skills are an added advantage
