Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Work Mode: On-Site, Mohali
Monthly Target: Minimum 20 successful Sales Executive closures per recruiter
Earning Potential: ₹15,000–₹20,000+ per month, based on performance
? Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
✅ Strong candidate database and sourcing network
✅ Strong network with colleges, schools, universities and educational institutes
✅ Ability to source candidates in large volumes across India
✅ Positive communication and candidate coordination skills
✅ Strong follow-up and closure skills
✅ Recruitment / sales hiring experience will be an advantage





? Trainee Period
First 3 months will be a Trainee Period, focused on learning the recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening and successful closures.
Performance will be reviewed during the trainee period, with continued opportunities based on recruitment performance.
? Performance-Based Earning: ₹15,000–₹20,000+ per month depending on successful closures and overall performance.
