Key Responsibilities As a Senior Trainer at aXess Academy, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our technology teams through impactful and targeted training programs. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with the Corporate Learning Centre to accurately identify and analyse the evolving training needs aligned with business objectives and emerging technologies. Designing, developing, and updating comprehensive instructor materials that include detailed course outlines, reference guides, interactive training aids, and multimedia content tailored for diverse learner groups. Implementing creative instructional strategies and integrating computer-based, e-learning, and multimedia resources to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Delivering exceptional classroom and virtual training sessions focusing on full stack development, APIs,



and cutting-edge technology trends, continuously refining your presentation and facilitation skills. Ensuring consistency and high quality in course content and delivery throughout the training lifecycle by monitoring feedback, measuring effectiveness, and updating materials accordingly. Overseeing the management of comprehensive training programs, ensuring alignment with both business needs and regulatory compliance requirements, and maintaining adherence to the Quality Management System standards. Planning and coordinating logistics for training activities including venue setup, materials preparation, and scheduling, in partnership with internal administrative teams and the Corporate Learning Centre.
