Over 10 crore homes in India are solar viable, and 3.6 crore families already spend more than ₹1,500 every month on electricity. Yet, only around 75 lakh homes have adopted rooftop solar so far.

At REVO, we're building a technology-first clean-tech company to accelerate the next phase of residential solar adoption. Through our full-stack digital platform, AI-driven processes, IoT-enabled monitoring, and integrated financing, we're making it faster and easier for homeowners to switch to solar.

We're looking for experienced sales leaders who don't just want to achieve targets—they want to build markets, lead teams, and create lasting impact.

What You'll Do

Build and lead REVO's Residential Solar Sales team in your city.
Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing Sales Consultants.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Build local partnerships and referral networks.




Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to installation.
Help establish REVO as the preferred residential solar brand in your territory.
We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Residential Rooftop Solar Sales.
Experience leading or mentoring a residential solar sales team.
Robust understanding of rooftop solar, customer financing, subsidies and consultative selling.
Excellent leadership, communication and business development skills.
A builder's mindset with the ambition to grow alongside a fast-scaling company.
