Role Description The Senior Inside Sales role is a full-time hybrid position based in Kochi, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and conducting outbound calls to presenting program offerings and closing enrollments. The Senior Inside Sales qualified will nurture prospective learners,



maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure a positive experience throughout the admission process. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns, and providing feedback on market trends and learner needs. The role also requires meeting and exceeding enrollment targets while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for prospective learners.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear telephone and online communication and the ability to explain program details effectively.
