Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient support activities.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, insurance verification, and eligibility.
Maintain patient records and update information in internal systems.
Respond to patient inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Follow HIPAA and organizational compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve patient concerns.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, productivity metrics,



and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Document all interactions accurately and comprehensively.
Experience
0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, BPO, call center, or related roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
