Responsible for branch payment accounting, preparation of Related Party Transactions & Payroll accounting and statutory compliance.

Job Challenges:

Keep regulatory on the timely remittance of Statutory Payments well in advance
Timely collating of information from Group Companies & preparation of report to ABC & Statutory Auditors
Constantly following up with Group Companies for the Accuracy & reporting of numbers
Maintaining the Accuracy of the numbers is very significant

KRA1 Accounting





Preparation of Related party Transactions with adequate documents.
Responsible for payroll accounting and preparation of related party transactions.

KRA2 Related Party Transactions Reporting

Group level consolidation and preparation of Related Party reports on quarterly / yearly basis
Co-ordination with external auditors.

KRA3 MIS & Branch expensing

Preparation of Payroll, Stamp duty reconciliation in accordance with the format prescribed by the Auditors and share with external / internal auditors during LR, interim and Statutory Audit.
Accountable for branch expense accounting.
Preparation of MIS and share with internal stake holders.
