Role Description The Insurance Claims Manager – Domestic Fire & Property Claims will manage end-to-end claims processes for domestic fire and property policies.
This role involves assessing claim documents, verifying coverage, and determining liability in line with policy terms and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, surveyors, and insurance companies, documenting findings, preparing reports, and ensuring timely resolution of claims. The role also includes identifying potential fraud, recommending settlement amounts, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement of claims procedures.



The manager will collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience, provide guidance on complex cases, and ensure consistent application of best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Claims Handling and Insurance Claims skills for managing end-to-end fire and property claims.
Candidates should possess solid Claims Management and Insurance skills to oversee policy coverage, compliance, and settlement processes.
Relevant experience in property or fire insurance, preferably with high-value or jewellery-related claims.
